The person behind the method

Hi, I'm
Tam.

Founder of Digital Habit Lab

For years, I believed everyone else had something I didn't.

Over time, I realised I wasn't failing because I lacked motivation. I was trying to build a better life without a clear system.

I was chasing perfection instead of consistency, filling every spare moment with more to-do lists, more goals and more pressure. The harder I pushed, the more overwhelmed I became.

That experience is a big part of why Digital Habit Lab exists.

About Digital Habit Lab

A more intentional way to live.

Digital Habit Lab was created to help people stop feeling stuck in the cycle of setting goals, getting overwhelmed and starting again.

Through practical workbooks, guided tools and simple systems, the aim is to help you understand yourself, build supportive habits and make meaningful changes that fit your real life.

Everything we do is centred around one belief: small, consistent actions lead to meaningful, lasting change.
The RESET Method™

Small steps.
Lasting change.

The RESET Framework is the practical method behind Digital Habit Lab. Explore the five stages and discover how each one helps you move forward.

STAGE 01 / 05

Understand where you are.

Take an honest look at your current routines, priorities and the areas of life that need your attention. You can't create meaningful change without first understanding your starting point.

A question to consider

What is working in your life — and what no longer feels right?

01 / 05
